After shipping the goods you have a 20 days exchange and return guarantee; Shipping, Tax & handling have to be paid anyway. (20 days after our shipping date). In any case, we don't grant a repayment of the forwarding expenses, not even in the case of a late delivery.
We remember you that the shoes have to be in perfect conditions and in the original box.
The shoes in special offer are excluded from return or exchange right.

In keinem Fall gewähren wir eine Rückerstattung der Versandkosten, auch nicht im Falle einer verspäteten Lieferung.
Bei Nachnahme erfolgt die Rückerstattung des geschuldeten Betrages erst nach dem dieser von uns kassiert wurde.
Wir erinnern Sie daran das die Schuhe im perfekten Zustand, in der original Verpackung und nie getragen sein müssen.
Schuhe im Sonderangebot (Reduziert) sind vom Rückgaberecht und Umtauschrecht ausgeschlossen.

We warranty all shoes and boots for workmanship and/or material defects for 30 days. Returned item(s) must be received within 40 days of your receipt to qualify for your credit. Please let us know why you are returning an item so we may serve you better in the future.

Colors and Textures: We cannot guarantee item color and/or texture as it appears on our website. Colors and textures may be influenced by the individual computer and color settings in which the items are viewed. In any case, we don't grant a repayment of the forwarding expenses, not even in the case of a late delivery.
It's possible that outside the EU you have to pay customs charges.
